Karl is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst with over 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, auditing and consulting.  Karl’s experience in tax includes the preparation and consulting on individual, corporate, partnership, limited liability and trust income taxes, and advising in the estate and gift tax arena. 

Karl has a wealth of experience in accounting and auditing for construction, manufacturing, automobile dealerships and various service related industries.  His consulting experience includes business valuations, litigation support, facilitation and mediation, and overall management consulting.

Karl is active in numerous non-profit organizations including the United Way, Jason’s Friends Foundation, and Renewed Hope Foundation.  Karl is also the Chairman for the Natrona County Health Board and past Chairman of the Economic Joint Powers Board.

Kim is a Certified Public Accountant with over 12 years of experience in tax, accounting and auditing, and consulting.  While maintaining involvement in all aspects of Killmer & Associates client base, Kim has specific expertise in the construction and medical practice areas.  This expertise includes income tax consulting and preparation, preparation of financial statements, medical practice management, and overall management consulting.

Kim also participates in business valuations and client management.  In addition to her client responsibilities, Kim is active in the management of Killmer & Associates, P.C.

Laura is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.  In addition, Laura has obtained certifications in Retirement Plan Administration and Design.  Laura oversees the retirement plan administration service unit for Killmer & Associates, P.C.  Retirement plan services include consulting on the design of retirement plans and in the actual administration of retirement plans.

Laura also maintains involvement in income, estate, and gift tax, management consulting and personal financial planning areas.  In addition to her client responsibilities, Laura is active in the management of Killmer & Associates, P.C.
